For SMS subscriptions, we also collect consent status, opt-in date and time, and interactions with our texts, such as link clicks and keywords. Squarespace may collect technical information about your browser, device, IP address, pages visited, and cookies needed to operate and measure the website.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to requests, manage customer relationships, operate the website, and send communications you choose to receive. Our SMS program sends show announcements, ticket offers, and event reminders only to people who expressly opt in. Message frequency varies. Consent to marketing is not required to buy tickets.
SMS information and sharing
We do not sell or rent mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS consent records. We do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We provide information to Squarespace and its messaging service providers only as needed to deliver our texts and operate the program on our behalf. Other service providers may process information to host our website, store customer records, or respond to requests. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security. These disclosures do not authorize third-party SMS marketing.
Your choices
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to stop SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@rosecitycomedy.club or 903-669-5379. Message and data rates may apply. Email subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; some site features may be affected.
Retention and protection
We retain information only as needed for customer service, the communications you request, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. We may retain unsubscribe and consent records to honor your choices and document consent. We limit access to people and service providers who need it for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Ticketing and external sites
Ticket links take you to Tixr, which handles ticket transactions under its own terms and privacy policy. Other linked sites also have their own policies.
