Our text messaging program Rose City Comedy sends recurring marketing texts about show announcements, ticket offers, and event reminders to people who expressly opt in. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies with the show schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choice SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing tickets or using our services. Provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and select the SMS consent checkbox to subscribe. Providing a phone number without SMS consent does not subscribe you.

Stop messages or get help Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your unsubscribe request. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@rosecitycomedy.club or 903-669-5379. Tell us if your mobile number changes so we can update or remove it.

Privacy Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in records are kept confidential. We do not sell or rent this information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Delivery and changes Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these SMS terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. These terms apply to our SMS program; ticket purchases remain subject to the terms displayed at checkout.
